Welcome to the Summer Art Camp with an "Out of this World" theme! This week-long camp is designed for children aged 5-12 who are fascinated by space, planets, stars, and the mysteries of the universe. Campers will embark on an exciting journey through the cosmos, exploring astronomy, science fiction, and space-themed art projects. Age 5-12 There is a $30 nonrefundable deposit. If you pay in full by June 10, the cost is $125 per child. Otherwise the cost is $140 and we will need the $30 deposit to hold your spot and pay the rest in full on the first day of camp. In person sign ups are also welcome. Must register at least a week before start of camp. Contact us if you have any questions or to see if we can allow a last minute sign up. 1-3pm

Cancellation Policy
Registration and Enrollment: Complete a separate registration form for each child. Enrollment is first-come, first-served with limited spots. A non-refundable deposit is required at registration. Age Requirements: Camp is for children aged 5 to 12 years. The child must meet the age criteria for each session. Camp Hours: Two sessions daily, Monday to Friday: 9:30-11:30am or 1-3pm. Health and Safety: Provide emergency contact information during registration. Disclose medical conditions or allergies; submit medications or treatments as needed. In case of illness or injury, parents will be notified promptly. Behavioral Expectations: Campers must behave respectfully towards staff, peers, and equipment. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior is prohibited. Parents are responsible for damages caused by their child. Supplies and Materials: The camp provides all art supplies. Campers should not bring valuable personal items, as the camp is not liable for loss or damage. Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures: Parents or guardians must accompany children during drop-off and pick-up. Authorized individuals for pick-up must be listed on the registration form; photo ID may be required. Communication: Camp updates and announcements will be shared via email or other designated channels. Photography and Media Release: The camp may photograph or record campers for promotional use. If parents/guardians have concerns, they must communicate them in writing prior to camp. Refund and Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before camp. If the camp cancels, refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided. COVID-19 Precautions: The camp will follow all health guidelines, including enhanced sanitation and potential mask requirements. Parental Involvement: Parents are welcome to participate in activities or volunteer. Discussions about child progress are available upon request. Indemnification: By enrolling their child, parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bread Box Art Studio from claims arising from the camp. By enrolling, parents/guardians confirm they have read and agreed to these policies and procedures. Signature will be required acknowledging these terms on the first day of camp by a parent/guardian.
